"But Peter said, "I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!"" -- Acts 3:6
Even Godly believers are occasionally troubled when an appeal is made for giving. Many give faithfully and beyond their means, with nothing left to offer. So, what more can be given? When the moment arrives that you "... have no silver and gold", do you take time to consider what you do have?
Peter and John were specially gifted Apostles who were entrusted with signs and wonders. They had God given means to provide the supernatural to many people in need. They had no silver or gold, but what they had they gave. True ministry involves giving what we have to bless others in the Name of Jesus.
You are not equipped in the same way that the early Apostles were, but you do have God given abilities and resources. What are you doing with what you have my friend? As Peter said, "what I do have I give to you", may you consider what you have and how you can give to bless others in the Name of Jesus.
