Trust

"Then the king was exceedingly glad, and commanded that Daniel be taken up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no kind of harm was found on him, because he had trusted in his God." -- Daniel 6:23
No matter how great the challenge or danger, God is able to deliver those who trust in Him. Trust is a big word and a life sustaining quality. But the real issue is: where do you place your trust? David says it quite well in Psalm 20:7, "Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God."
Where do you place your trust my friend? Are you confident in your own abilities? Or do you believe that the resources of friends and family will be sufficient? Maybe you have a bank account that won't quit and the strength of ten men. But, when the Lions approach, the only one that you can really trust is the "Lion of Judah"! Only when you trust in Him will no kind of harm be found on you.
