"He shall seduce with flattery those who violate the covenant, but the people who know their God shall stand firm and take action." -- Daniel 11:32
The Lord Jesus said in Matthew 7:14, "For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few." In the days of Antiochus Epiphanes and the days of the anti-Christ, there were and will be only a "few" that know their God, stand firm and take action.
Yet, why should we expect any different today? The words of Matthew 7:13b are more relevant than ever as they tell us, "...the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many."  There will always be "many" who are seduced by the flattery of smooth talkers, but only a few that "know their God"!
If you are one of those who know their God my friend, "stand firm and take action"! Be counted among the faithful and "Enter by the narrow gate" (Matthew 7:13a) Be wise and flee from those who strive to seduce and lead astray. Know your God and find ultimate satisfaction in Him alone!
