"Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand." -- Romans 14:4
Within the community of believers there is great diversity. And we all serve one King with our skills and convictions. God uses us where we are and as we are to His honor and glory. So, how could any one of us be critical of another? We are all like the flowers of a garden. Each one contributes its beauty and fragrance distinctly.
You may never fully understand the unique life and convictions of your brother or sister my friend, but give them room to serve in their own way. Pray for them rather than criticize, and trust that the Lord can and will use them. Encourage them in their standing before their King and help them rather than hinder them.
"Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God." - Ephesians 5:1-2
